Rodney left this world on August 7, 2024 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Webb Williams and Donald R. Duvall; and his brother Roger Duvall. He is survived by: his aunt Linda Strohl of McConnelsville; and his close friend Gary Mummey of Stockport. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
