He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Travis and Belva Gheen Travis; and his brother Russell Travis. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bebout Travis; his daughters, Missy Foreman (Brian) of Davidson, NC and Mandy Welch (Mike) of McConnelsville; his brother Ronald Travis (Sharon) of Stockport; and his grandchildren, Jamie Welch, Hunter Foreman and Makenna Welch.
