He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lowther and Mary Lou Hoover Lowther. He is survived by: his wife Arva Knox Lowther; his children, Kathy Lowther, David (Lisa Lowther), Jake (Meegan Myers), Kevin (Stacey Hosom), Brian (Lori Hosom), Tabitha (John Coler) and Jason (Amanda Hosom); and his aunt Vonda Lee Pettibone. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
