He is survived by: his wife Janet Zumbro Harlow; his children, Bentley Harlow of Malta, Brian Harlow (Alice) of Heath, Ohio and Bridget Campbell (Joe) of Waterford, Ohio; his grandchildren, Whitney Smith (Brandon), Chad Harlow (Jacey Metts), Brianna (Dusty Boucher), Brady Campbell (Haley), Blake Campbell (Abby), Tanner Harlow and Cassie Harlow; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Kobi, Brody, Cole, Callie, Abe, Kiera and Peyton; and his friend Thurs.
