It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank E. Duncan (Stockport, Ohio), who passed away on August 27, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Dalton Duncan. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Gibueat; his daughters, Kim Gilkey (Carl) of Zanesville and Crystal Jeffers of Beverly; his grandsons, Derrick Newsom, Dustin Newsom, Drew Newsom, Brody Riley and Isaiah Clifton; and his siblings, Melissa Woodward (Kim) of McConnelsville, Glenn Duncan (Rose) of Malta, Andy Duncan and Mike Duncan.
