He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Roberts and Della Parcell Hutchins Roberts; and his son Delmar "Pete" Hutchins Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Elease Smith; his children, Kerby D. Hutchins (Mary), Georgia L. Manley (Charles) and Carma F. Matheny (Francis); and his friends, Chris and Cindy Fisher. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
