He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry R. Keffer and Gracie Bissell Keffer; his mother-in-law Dorothy L. Keffer (Weaver); his wife Dorothy; his siblings, Oral, Charles, Leroy, Oris, Ulva Wolfe, Chlorus Holland and Luella Graham; and his daughter-in-law Lori Keffer.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Keffer (Carole) of Stockport, Daniel Keffer (Julie Nutter) of Malta and Louise Gifford (Steve) of Stow, OH.; his grandchildren, Doug Gifford (Sabrina), Lisa Ogg (Keith), Brenda Hendershot (Mike), Eric Keffer (Tiffany), Jeremy Keffer (Janelle), Joe Keffer (Haley), Sarah Keffer (Tommy Apperson) and Robert Williams; his great grandchildren, Haleigh, Tori, Jordyn, Mykal, Ella, Hannah, Ryan, Shala, Paisley, Baylor, Lawson, Elizabeth, Emma and Alyssa; and his great great grandchildren, Beau, Brantley, Brenley, Braxton and Bella.
