She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Edward and Helen Marie Kinsey Dunnington; her former husband Gene Carsey; and her sisters, Jo, Debbie and Carol Ann.
She is survived by: her pet Piper; her stepchildren, Sherry Babb of McConnelsville, Shelly Butler (Rusty) of Philo and Shane Conner (Crystal) of McConnelsville; and her brothers, Darryl Dunnington (Dorothy) of Nelsonville and Don Dunnington of Ohio. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Cheryl N. Carsey-Conner to Cornerstone South Church, 460 S. 6th St., McConnelsville, Ohio 43878.
