It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay E. Veley of Stillwater, Ohio, born in Uhrichsville, Ohio, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Veley and L. Pauline Veley (Guthrie). He is survived by: his siblings, William M. Veley (Peggy) of Stillwater, John R. Veley (Brenda) of Gnadenhutten and Jean Veley Woolums of St. Clairsville, Ohio; his cousin Dale Veley; and his nieces and nephews, Ed Veley (Diane), Shelley Bowe, Kathy Vesco (Ray), Cindy Householder (Dan Mahon), Crystal Edwards, John Woolums (Jenni), Marianne Madzia (Jeff) and Ted Woolums (Mary).
