He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Stobart and Thelma Dunfee Stobart. He is survived by: his children, Michael Stobart of Stewart and Melanie Stobart of Stewart; his stepson William Delauder of Buckhannon; and his brothers, Martin Stobart of Indianapolis, John Stobart of Glouster and Paul.
