She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpha Simpson and Ned Simpson; her adoptive parents, Aura Kramer and Leroy Kramer; her husband Glenn Lackey; her siblings, Juanita Knight, Wanda Reinhard (Raymond), Rooney Simpson (Esther), Ned Simpson (Mildred) and Howard Simpson (Rose); her brother-in-law Alan Lackey (Esther Jean); and her close friend Jim Quinn.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Kramer Lackey (Bonnie), Beckey Mansfield (Brian), Brian Lackey (Kathy) and Keith Lackey (Therese); and her grandchildren, Brittany Jarvis (Jason), Kristin Carr (Josh), Brandon Lackey (Bethany), Brianna Edwards (Matt), Brooke Thompson (Jared), Mackenzie Childers (Chris), Kelsey Becker (John), Leah Work (Shawn), Levi Lackey (Jennifer), Bethany Wires (Zach), Kavon Lackey (Emily) and Brielle Clark (Jonas).
