He was predeceased by: his brother James Harlan Jarvis Jr.. He is survived by: his significant other Denise; his parents, James Jarvis and Victoria Jarvis; his brothers, Wendell Jarvis and Donald Jarvis (Mike); his children, Forrest Jarvis, Jr., Ricky Jarvis, Tamara Jarvis and James Harlan Jarvis III; and his grandchildren, Elyse and Justin. He is also survived by uncles, cousins, and other family and friends.
