He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Charles Whittaker, Sr. and Joann Baker Francis; and his nephew Brian Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Ailshire Whittaker; his children, Matthew Stocker, Cayleigh Hines, Veronica Ailshire and Jennifer West; his siblings, Alva Whittaker, Jr., James Whittaker, Joan Jones (Bill) and Betty Cunningham (Mick); his aunt Rosalee Klingenberg (Carl); and his nieces and nephews, Tami Kirby (Chris), Amber Whittaker-Linson (Chris), Amanda Green, Jeffery "Levi" Cunningham (Jasmine) and James Whittaker, Jr.. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
