It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Hibbard (Stewart, Ohio), born in Athens, Ohio, who passed away on March 24, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Paul; his wife Deborah Lynn Graf Hibbard; and his nephew Brian Chase. He is survived by: his parent Hazel Ruth Kinney Hibbard; and his sister Carolyn Seel (Russ) of Trotwood.
