He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Bell. He is survived by: his parent Bertha Jackson Bell; his wife Myrtle M. Louise "Punch"; his son Bill Bell; his son-in-law Neal Jackson; his sister Betty Carte; his children, Mary Jackson of Wintersville, OH, Sandy Easton (Andy) of Steubenville, OH and Jerry Bell of Steubenville, OH; his daughter-in-law Angie Bell of Chester, WV; his sister Dora Striker of Richmond, OH; and also, Marie Schulthies, Wilma McCullom and Jean Smith. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; all of his euchre buddies from various places; special friend Jeannie Shipley and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
