She was predeceased by: her parents, John Royster and Evelyn McGhee (Maxie King); her sons, Charles King Sr. and Frank King; her grandson Charles King Jr.; her siblings, Mary Stewart, Lucille Stewart, Anna Jones, Josephine Smith, Alice Owens and Carlston McGhee; and her close friend William'Bill'Pullie.
She is survived by: her children, Diane King, Cynthia Hayden (Robert), Shirlene Smith (James) and Floyd Leon King Sr.; her siblings, Darlene Turner, Octavis McGhee, Brenda McGhee, Tony McGhee, Thomasina Stinson and Donice Parrish; her grandchildren, Diniqhua King, LaToya King, DeShawn King, Marquese King, Cameron Bass, Floyd Leon King Jr., Andre King, Lamia Sayles, Jaron King, Talea King, Maya King, Andrew King, Shaniqua King, Richelle Williams, Kaquitta King, Ricky Williams, Robert Hayden Jr., Jordan Hayden, Jaden Smith and Justin Smith; and her daughter-in-law Tammy King. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, great-grandchildren, family, and friends.
