She was predeceased by: her parents, Donna Arkley Holmes and William Arkley; her brother Robert R. Arkley; her husbands, Richard Gilliam and Eugene Wright; and her daughter Angela Gilliam Butler.
She is survived by: her daughter Brooke Hill; her grandchildren, Deon Freeman, Nikita Pearson, Savannah Butler and Cameron Jones; her sisters, Cindy Waning (Frank) of Wisconsin and Tina Arkley Howell of Steubenville; her friends, Juanita Allen (Ne-Ne) and Rebecca Van Dyke (Becky); and her pet Ona. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, four nieces & five nephews; numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel (4435 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
