He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert and Anna May Wilke Watts. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen E. Clements Watts; his children, Robert Brian Watts and Wendy Desrocher; his grandchildren, Briana Watts, Caitlin Andress, Michael Damico and Kaleigh Desrocher; and his siblings, Conrad Watts (Ruth) and Phyllis Vandeborne (Gary). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
