He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mosblack and Mary Haney Mosblack; and his siblings, John Mosblack, Mary Walker and Catherine Mosblack.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Albarano Mosblack; his daughters, Linda Groch (John), Carolyn Grant and Paula Carpenter (Rob); and his grandchildren, Nicole Porco Fisher, Kaitlyn Carpenter and Robert Carpenter (Emily Williamson).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel (4435 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (425 N 4th St, Steubenville, OH 43952).
