She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Lowell; and her parents, Pietro Cola and Anna Cola. She is survived by: her children, Christina Blair (Jim) of Wintersville and Gary Lowell (Linda) of Bonita Springs, FL; her grandchildren, Tonya Cutrone (Joe), Tisha Chmelovski (Jay), Matt Lowell (Audarsha) and Bart Lowell (Zenida); and her great grandchildren, Shannon Polverini, Ashleigh Polverini (Kyle), Cameron Cutrone, Brooklynn Cutrone, Tedi Delashmet and Roman Lowell.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel (4435 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (852 Main St, Wintersville, OH 43953).
