She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bushlow and Sophia Bushlow. She is survived by: her sister Patrica A. Kemp; and her nephew Joe A. Kemp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery Chapel (94 Mount Calvary Ln, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
