It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LeVarga Brown Sr. (Steubenville, Ohio), who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of LeVarga Brown Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Brown and Birda Brown (Bickers); his parents-in-law, Berry and Carrine Jeter; his siblings-in-law, Ann Saxton and Berry "Tudy" Jeter; his siblings, Lester, Willie Brown, Dorothy "Dot" Cosby and Geraldine "Geri" Cosby; and his granddaughter Ashley Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brown (Jeter); and his children, LeVarga Brown Jr. (Georgina), Stacey Smith (Tony) and Jeffrey Brown (Darlene). He is also survived by siblings; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gregory-Martin Chapel (255 S 7th St, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
