She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Fitzmaurice and Ruth Fitzmaurice (Quigley); and her sister Alice Salvini. She is survived by: her children, Meagan Pirro (Mark) and Brendan Burke (Mary) of Huntington, NY; her brother Jack Fitzmaurice (Mari-An) of Williamsburg, VA; and her grandchildren, Donnie, Trinity Jane, Quinn, Liam, Massimo, Rosalie and Colin.

“In loving memory of Jane E. Burke, I first heard the Divine Mercy Chaplet in song on our first Walking Pilgrimage to Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown PA. We were tent mates. She went on to use God's gifts (nursing) as a "blister sister" . She was a faithful member of our Tuesday Night prayer group at St.. Philip's 😇 and gave us all so much. The Kudlack family sends 🙏and ❤️ to your family.”
