He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Moser and Julia Moser; his wife Maxine Moser; and his son Edward Moser. He is survived by: his children, Frank Moser (Linda) and Charlene Anderson of Steubenville. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
