We bid farewell to Elaine M. Sleever of Steubenville, Ohio, born in Dover, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 3, 2025 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Cooper and Rosalie Schiavo Cooper; and her siblings, Jim, Lawrence "Larry", Terese Henry, Virginia Guerra and Mary Cooper Finnegan.
She is survived by: her son William Sleever of Steubenville; her siblings, Rosalie Scheckel, Alice Cooper, Dolores Kloczko and Thomas Cooper; and her pet Sylvester. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A prayer will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (204 Rosemont Ave, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
