She is survived by: her great grandchild Amari Halmon; her significant other Tyrone Williams of Wintersville, Ohio.; her children, Kevin Terry (Tamika) of Calcutta, Hubert "Cook" Terry III (Valeta) of Clinton, MD, Chris Terry-Williams Sr. (Marquia) of Reynoldsburg and Cynthia Johnson of Baltimore, MD; her siblings, Melody "Lucky" Walton of Columbus, Carolyn Birden of Chicago, IL and Robert Warren of Columbia, SC; her aunt Gloria Johnson of Steubenville, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Awsha Johnson, CheVaughn Johnson, Krishonna Williams, Trey Martin-Terry, DaShon Wares-Terry, Janelle Terry, Marcus Terry, Mariah Terry and Christopher Terry-Williams Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Zakiyah, A'Shawn, Zacarias, Sincere and Natalyah. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
