He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elwood "Junior" "Woody" Rine, and Clara F. Rine, Jr. (Mayle); his wife Gail Rine (Bell); his children, Rich Rine (Cindy) of Steubenville, OH and Heidi Rine of Atlanta, GA; his niece Amber Cowden of Steubenville, OH; his siblings, Kay Wilson (Norm) of New Alexandria, OH and Chuck Rine (Lynn) of New Alexandria, OH; his grandchildren, Adrienne, Mariah, Sydnee, Kaleb, Laney and Logan; his niece Angel Wilson; and his nephews, Eric Wilson (Abbey) and Joey Rine (Gabby). He was also cherished by two great-grandchildren.
