She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Rock and Anna Rock; her husband Joseph Sugar, Jr.; and her brother George Rock. She is survived by: her children, Robert Sugar (Marti), Cheryl Sugar (late Thomas Valentine), Michael Sugar and David Sugar (Kristin); her granddaughters, Mary Lerouge (Cedric) and Robin Bright (Peter); her great grandchildren, Maddy, Alex Lerouge, Chloe, Lily and William Bright; and her brother Paul Rock.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel (4435 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43953). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
