He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rotella and Theresa Rotella (Marti); his former wife Dorothy Rotella (DiCarlo); and his siblings, Anthony, Frank Rotella and Rose Galanos (Rotella).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Rotella (Woods); his children, Al Rotella (Mona) of Santa Barbara, Dan Rotella (Darlene) of Gahanna, Ray Rotella (Toni) of Zanesville and Annette Crawford (Rob) of North Canton; his grandchildren, Jason Rotella (Anuja), Lauren Bergesen (Joe), Rebecca Oberdorfer (Matt), Brian Rotella (Katie), Christopher Rotella (Lindsay), Teresa Rotella, Raymond Rotella (Diana), Jennifer Wojciechowski (Matt), Ian Crawford (Alyssa), Olivia Gerber (Drew) and Benjamin Crawford; his stepchildren, Joe Siragusano of Austin and Lori Edmondson (Bill) of Erie; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica and Jeffrey Edmondson; and his siblings, Phyllis Riapos, Joe Rotella (Elaine), Sam Rotella (Marilyn) and Mary Jo Canella (Carey). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
