We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2019, at the age of 88, William C Rice (Sterling, Ohio), born in Collista, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rice and Susie Meade Rice; his wife Audrey Joy Persinger Rice; and his son William "Puff" Rice, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Susan E. Rice (Gordon Jones) of Williamsport, Anthony L., Donna Rice of Mt. Sterling, Walter E. and Heather Rice of Chillicothe. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
