He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Smith; his wife Deborah Smotherman; and his sister Suzanne Crites. He is survived by: his children, Keesha Smith of Sterling, T. Jason Smith of Wooster and April Smith of Marshallville; his grandchildren, Jayla Smith, Braidon Emerson, Jordyn Smith, Braxton Smith and McKenna Bontempt; his sisters, Marian Ruvolo (Bob) of Hudson and Beth McCormick of Lakewood; and his brother-in-law Randy Crites of Wadsworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
