He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dale Widmer and Margaret; and his siblings-in-law, Dale Everhard, Harlan Stoller and Joann Widmer.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Roth; his children, Bruce (Vivian Widmer), Barb (Keith Reese), Becky (Roger Pauley), Ben (Bev Widmer), Beth (Scott Hower) and Bonnie (Randy Sadler); his siblings, Robert Widmer of Sterling, Harold (Carole Widmer) of Sterling, Jeannie Stoller (Addison) of Sterling and Georgia Widmer of Sterling; and his sister-in-law Joanne Widmer of Rittman. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
