She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Fortman and Florence Fortman (Fischer); her brother Bill Fortman; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Fortman and Joan Fortman.
She is survived by: her children, Denise McCanna (Emory Collins) of Smithville and Danny Sheipline (Traci) of Burbank; her granddaughter Jenna Buss (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Hadley and Carson; her grandchild Taylor McCanna; her great grandchild Alaina; her grandson Bryan McCanna (McKayla); her great grandchildren, Amelia, Jacen and Megan Sheipline; her brothers, Richard Fortman of Minister, OH, Larry Fortman of North Carolina and Bob Fortman (Linda) of Texas; her sister-in-law Jeanette Fortman of Northfield; and her friend Coco. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Murray Funeral Home (173 S Main St, Creston, OH 44217). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
