It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Denver R. Porter of Sterling, Ohio, born in Rawl, West Virginia, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hezekiah Porter and Romaine Noe (Boyles); his grandson William Adams; his nephew Ronald Porter II; and his siblings, William H. Porter "Junior" and Virginia.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cogar; his children, David Knight (Gina) and Cheryl Thomas (Jeff); his grandchildren, Scott Williams (Nicole), Alexandria Williams, Alexander Thomas, Morgan Thomas and Heather Emmi (DJ); his great grandchildren, Tawnie, Karson, Sadie and Macie; and his brother Ronnie Porter (Robyn).
