With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delphia R. Bratcher Adkins (Sterling, Ohio), born in Cromwell, Kentucky, who passed away on November 29, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Bratcher and Sylvia Bratcher (Butler); and her spouse Linzie Adkins. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Bratcher (Susan) and Carl Bratcher (Izzy).
