He was predeceased by: his parents, William Monaghan and Ann Monaghan (Jackson); his wife Rita Monaghan; and his brother-in-law Tom Sutherland. He is survived by: his children, John, Kim Monaghan and Emma Monaghan (Zach); his grandson Mack; and his siblings, Debbie Sutherland, Denise Errett (Rodney) and Michael Monaghan (Becky). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Raphael Church (225 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
