He was predeceased by: his father Mark Wayne. He is survived by: his mother Cindy D. Rice; his wife Kelly Rice; his daughters, Mackenzie Rice (Nick Lambert) and Makiah Rice (Michael Webster); his in-laws, Chuck, Cheryl Mann, Kim and Mark Howard; his brothers-in-law, Chuck Mann (Sharon) and Chris Mann; and his pet Chrissy "Boo-Boo". He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and friends.
