He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy M. Smith. He is survived by: his son Michael Smith (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Madeleine, Colin, Evan and Grant Smith; his daughter Susan Scott (Rick); his grandchildren, Rory Scott (Cathy) and Devon Weaver (David); his great grandchildren, Nolan, Audrey Scott and Maxwell Weaver; his son Stephen Smith (Marianne); and his grandchildren, Patrick and Shannon Smith.
