He is survived by: his brother Chuck Otstot; his children, Tyrone Otstot (Stephanie) and Tammy Otstot (Brian); his grandchildren, Tyler, Michaela, Jacob, Ceaira and Nicol; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Aiden; his nephews, Zayne and Josh Otstot; and his niece Traci Schommer.
