He is survived by: his fiancée Marsha Frazier; his daughter Jaylin Holbrook; his grandchildren, Kade, Elijah, Ethan, Lathyn, Salem, Autumn, Ashton and Liam; his siblings, Charles Collett (Chris), Debbie Collett, Sharon Jeffries, Patricia Raber (Rick) and Estella Belford (Kelly); his stepchildren, Zane Frazier (Ashlee) and Paige Myers (Keegan); his nieces and nephews, Sierra Lanum (Kyle), Matthew Kane, Amiee Collett (Ryan), Envy Belford and Nicole Belford; his cousin Brandon Russell; his friends, Donny Lickliter, Dustan Conley, Martin Lickliter, Terry Wagner, Joe Peck, Joyce and Greg Adkins; his sister-in-law Barb Pierce; and his friends, Stephanie Belford and Connie Kupp.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jackson Lytle and Lewis Life Celebration Center (2425 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
