She is survived by: her husband James Rutledge; her brother James Petroff (Jeanne); her nephews, Jeremy Petroff (Catie) and Jonathan Petroff; her great-nieces, Lindsay and Lauren; and her sister-in-law Sharon Randall (Rob).
Memorial donations may be made in Vicky's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
