He was predeceased by: his father Carl Patrick; and his close friend Timmy Wooten. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Patrick (Hamblin); his mother Barbara Patrick (Sexton); his children, Shannon McKinney (Jeremy) and Ryan Patrick; his sister Peggy Smith; and his friend Donald Hamblin.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jackson Lytle and Lewis Life Celebration Center (2425 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Enon Cemetery (260 E Main St, Enon, OH 45323).
