He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mihaly and Mildred Mihaly (Kiger); his wife Audrey Mihaly (Worthington); and his brothers, Bill, Ted and Jim Mihaly.
He is survived by: his sister Carol Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Mihaly Rockwell and Shela Mihaly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
