He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gill and Elaine "Fred" Gill (Peters); his stepfather Irvin "Rudy" Rutan; and his brother-in-law Bob Evilsizor. He is survived by: his sons, Shayne and Clay Gill; his daughter-in-law Cassie Gill; his close friend Erynn Asebrook; his grandsons, Wesley and Sawyer "Bean" Gill; his siblings, Deb Cannon (Bill), Steve Gill (Lucinda), Kenny Gill, Irv Rutan (Rusty) and Ronnie Rutan; his aunt Mickie Palmateer (Russ); and his friends, Kelly, Jim Devoe and Kim Strobel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made in honor of Tom for his son and grandkids at Richwood Bank in a donation account.
