He was predeceased by: his father Dale E. Ratliff; and his brother Doug Ratliff. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Sue Ratliff (Payton); his children, Michelle Brown, Christina Ratliff and Steven Michael Ratliff II; his grandchildren, Mia, Emma and Lucas; his siblings, Brenda Smith (Joe), Shiela Walker (Gene), Ronald Ratliff (Nicole) and Victoria Ratliff; his stepsister Selena Malone; and his cousin Jason Payton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral Home (1002 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
