Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Shaun Michael Hay of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 40, on January 14, 2025. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Patricia Hay, James and Betty Rodriguez; and his brother Michael Davenport.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Hay of Celina and Janet Ward of Celina; and his siblings, Brandon Walker of Celina, Aaron Brehm of Celina and Jennifer Rieder (Paul) of Brookville.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home (901 Myers Rd, Celina, OH 45822). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers the Hay family request memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
