He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Patricia Hay, James and Betty Rodriguez; and his brother Michael Davenport.

He is survived by: his parents, Michael Hay of Celina and Janet Ward of Celina; and his siblings, Brandon Walker of Celina, Aaron Brehm of Celina and Jennifer Rieder (Paul) of Brookville.

In Lieu of flowers, the Hay family request memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
