He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Evans and Audra Evans (Ballentine); and his siblings, Thomas J Evans, Barbara Ann Evans and Marilyn Shearer.
He is survived by: his wife Isabel Blumenschein Evans; his children, Sheree Evans of Springfield, Diane Gatchell (Peter) of Indiana and Russell (Jill); and his grandchildren, Rachel Kielar, Angela Ramirez (Ricardo), Alesha Jager (Josh), Joshua Gatchell, Matthew Evans, Nathan Evans and Isaiah Evans. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, & a host of friends.
