He is survived by: his wife Cindy Leonard; his sons, Donnie Johnson and Bryan Evans; his grandchildren, Madison Johnson, Olivia Johnson, Taylor Dewitt and Tyler Dewitt; and his sister Kim Vaughn. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
