He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Chapman and Dale Chapman (Blain); his grandmother Ola; and his siblings, Phillip Coonrod and Teresa Coonrod.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Coonrod (Stant); his children, Robert Coonrod, Melissa Harris, Samantha Bunch, Christina Hall, Miranda Vaughn, Shelby Vaughn and Cheyenne Phillips (Brandon); his grandchildren, Jayme Hakes (Brett), Shayla, Laylah, LaShaun, Cali, Myanna (Rosie) and Bobby; his great grandchildren, Harper, Hayzen and Hadyx Hakes; his siblings, Kathy Cubbage (Brian), Tim Coonrod (Ronda), Dale Chapman, Jr. (Amy), Ladale Frost (Bob Mitchell), Karen Coonrod and Chuck Drummond; his friends, Terri, Dan, Rosa, Denny, Craig and Angie; and also, Aarion and Teresa Mabra. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
