He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Eileen McCoy; and his brother Robert McCoy. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Kohl (Timothy) of Springfield and Susan Wagner (Robert Chiles) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Amanda Dixon, Ashley Dixon, Richard Kohl (Christy), Leslie Kohl and Allison Hatch (Kiley); his great grandchildren, Michael, Derek (Emma), Tara, Leah, Richard II and Dakota; and his niece Barbara Meyer.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial (838 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
